Gift Certificate Policies
For security purposes, when you redeem your gift certificate online, we require
that you use a credit card. This helps us ensure your identity, as well as
protecting against fraudulent use of your gift certificate. Your credit card
will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your gift
certificate.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash
refund, and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain available for
future purchases under the same Gift Certificate Number. Maximstore is not
responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. At anytime that you wish, you
are able to check the balance on your gift certificate.
Maximstore gift certificates are redeemable only at Maximstore.com.
Certificate cash value is, 1/10 of one cent. Gift certificates and unused
portions expire on the date listed on your printed gift certificate, or the date
listed in your gift certificate e-mail (does not apply to California or anywhere
else where is prohibited by law).
Shipments Are Insured
For your utmost convenience we fully insure each order all the way to you.
Meaning that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free.
For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Maxim
Store orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.
Alternative Shipping Address
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing
address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping
address be on file with your credit card company. This helps insure and protect
you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
Saturday Delivery
If you are not available to receive your order on a weekday, we are able to
arrange your order to be shipped to you on Saturday. FedEx Saturday Service,
available in the vast majority of US cities, is subject to availability. If
Saturday Service is unavailable in your area, we can arrange for you to pick up
your package at the FedEx World Service Center nearest you. If you're interested

International Shipments
International shipments to the UK and Canada
Maximstore is proud to anounce that we offer
shipping to Canada via FedEx at the request of our customers. Shipping charges will be calculated and all
purchases are fully insured. Canadian and/or other international Customers are be responsible for duties and
taxes/brokerage fees. Canadian Customs may choose to inspect your package, which may cause a
delay of the shipping. The minimum order to any customer outside the US is $250 US.
Diamond Certificates
When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond
certificate. These grading reports are complete detailed analysis created by
diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories, GIA
and EGL — making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report.
Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each
returned diamond. If you do not return the certificate with the diamond you will
be charged a replacement fee.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to the State of Colorado.

Easy Returns
All of our items carry a 30 day return or exchange policy. Special order items,

Comparison Purchasing
To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison
purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one
you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and
inventory overhead and can be very costly. To confirm the quality of a jewelry

Information on Our Web Site
At Maximstore, we make every
attempt to ensure that our online catalog up to date and accurate on all of the
items. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great
detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our
photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size
may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about
your product purchase as possible so that you can see the exquisite beauty and
shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC
regulations, Maximstore states that carat total weight in all purchases may
vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.
On the Maximstore Web site, we display the dimensions of our products based
on the information received from our manufacturers. For any convex or rounded
jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product description is taken by
the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing
process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this
process.
Also, for each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade
and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are
calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with
regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest
mean.
The Maxim Position on Conflict Diamonds
Maximstore is committed to offering high-quality diamonds, coming from the
world's largest and best suppliers. As responsible citizens and jewelry
merchants, we share your concern regarding conflict diamonds. At Maximstore, we
only purchase our diamonds through respected, well-established, legal channels.
In April 2003, President Bush passed a bill adopting the Kimberley Process
that requires all US diamond retailers to buy diamonds from manufacturers who
have documentation warranting that the merchandise was obtained through
legitimate channels. Today, the US Customs Service is actively enforcing the
Kimberley Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.
Maximstore supports the Kimberley Process. Each diamond cutter we work with
obtains diamonds exclusively from legitimate sources, and they comply completely
with the Kimberley Process requirements. At Maximstore, we will continue to
promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.
