Maxim Rewards Points With many of the items on our site you will notice “Points” that are added to your Maxim Rewards Account. Here's how it works: When you purchase any item on our site you automatically earn reward points. Next to each item is stated the number of reward points it is worth. The point system works very conveniently. Your points are calculated automatically every time you make a purchase and you can check your point balance whenever it is convenient for you. The point standards are: 10 points = $20 off any purchase of $100 or more 20 points = $40 off any purchase of $100 or more 30 points = $60 off any purchase of $100 or more 40 points = $80 off any purchase of $100 or more 50 points = $100 off any purchase of $100 or more As a customer we believe that it should be your choice of how and when to use your points. That is why we offer a few selections. You can either use the points as soon as they reach one of the standards listed above or you can allow the points you earn to accumulate and be used towards future purchases. Login Here Terms and Conditions A) Participation Requirements      - The rewards program is available to Maxim Account Holders with accounts in good standing. B) Earning Maxim Rewards Points Points are generated as described in this document. Points credited in other programs cannot be transferred to the Maxim Rewards Program. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Account holders who redeem Maxim Rewards points are responsible for declaring the total value of the merchandise or rewards received to the appropriate tax authorities. Upon death, a member's Rewards Points may be transferred to an immediate family member, provided that the member's account has been paid in full. If the entire balance is not paid out of the deceased's estate, all Maxim Rewards points are forfeited. Points are not divisible in case of divorce. All points remain the property of the primary cardholder. If Maxim improperly denies a member an accrual or benefit, liability will be limited to the equivalent of that accrual or benefit. Any failure to follow the Rewards Program rules, any abuse of program privileges, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to Maxim or their partners or affiliates may result in refusal or termination of membership and/or cancellation of accrued rewards points, awards or benefits without liability. If a Maxim account has no activity (i.e. no accumulation of rewards points in any given three (3) year period), the points accrued shall, without notice, be cancelled without any liability therefore. Members shall have no recourse and waive all rights against Maxim for any claim in relation to such cancellation and termination. Maxim also reserves the right to make changes to the terms, conditions and benefits of the Maxim Rewards Program, including but not limited to changes in whole or in part to the rules, accrual, award structure, or levels of points required for any or all awards, in whole or in part, at any time, such as raising point levels, assessing fees, revising the procedures and regulations for point accrual, award redemption and limiting the period in which accrued points may be maintained. Any changes can be made without notice. Maxim reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Program without notice so that, regardless of how much you participate in the program, your right to accumulate points and claim awards and certificates can be terminated at such time as Maxim specifies. Each member shall be responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Maxim Rewards Program rules and as to the amount of points in the account holder account. Maxim shall attempt to transmit correspondence, materials or other published matter to active members to advise them of various matters of interest, however, Maxim shall have no liability for failure to do so or for correspondence lost or delayed. Each member shall be responsible for advising Maxim of any change of account holder’s information including but not limited to email address, and Maxim shall have no liability for misdirected email, or any consequences thereof. Maxim reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Rewards Program privileges of members with unpaid monies owing to Maxim or their partners or affiliates. Maxim Rewards points will be automatically cancelled if not exchanged within 90 days of termination of the program or, of a Maxim account closure.
