If for any reason you or your gift recipient aren't satisfied, you can
return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition
within 30 days from the date of purchase. Follow the directions below on how to
return or exchange your Maximstore.com purchase.
Exchanges, Resizes & Repairs
We
can exchange your jewelry for another item, give you another ring size, repair
your item, or mount your diamond in a setting. Contact us at 1-800-841-6846

Return Process
As soon as we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund
or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, it
will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that any items
showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a
jeweler other than Maxim Store), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for
return. Returns that do not have a Maximstore return authorization code, and packages that
are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused for refund or exchange.
How To Prepare A Return
(RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization)
To return a diamond or jewelry item from Maximstore,
follow these three simple steps:
1. Your Return Authorization Code.
Call 1-800-841-6846 or go through our online return (RMA) Return Authorization Request
process, and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code at the bottom of your original
invoice and return this with your order.
2. Package Your Return.
Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and the
diamond certificate, packaging and/or gift packaging. (The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.)
For security reasons, do not write Maximstore anywhere on the outside of the
box.
3. Insure Your Package.
You can ship it via USPS. Be sure to ship your
item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your
shipment has reached us at MaximStore.com.
